6. How does Colliers.com protect my personal and business-related information?
CIPC takes reasonable steps to safeguard your Personal Information from perpetrators of fraud or internet piracy.

7. What else should I know about my privacy?
CIPC, Colliers International, and its members have international
sites and users all over the world. When you give Colliers.com
Personal Information, that information may be sent electronically
to servers outside of the country or jurisdiction where you
originally entered the information. In addition, that information
may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you
entered that information. Whenever Colliers.com handles Personal
Information as described above, regardless of where this occurs,
Colliers.com takes steps to ensure that your information is
treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Use
Agreement and this Privacy Policy.
Please keep in mind that whenever you disclose Personal Information online - for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas - that information can be collected and used by others. California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with rights to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of “Personal Information,” as well as rights to know/access, delete, and limit sharing of Personal Information. request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than

How to Submit a Request
You may submit a request to exercise your rights to know/access or
delete your Personal Information by requesting a Consumer Data
Request form from

Verification Procedures
In order to process your request to know/access or delete Personal
Information we collect, disclose, or sell, we must verify your
request. We do this by:
- Asking you to
- provide personal identifiers we can match against information we may have collected from you previously; and
- confirm your request using the email or telephone account stated in the request.
Authorized Agent
You may authorize another individual or a business registered with
the California Secretary of State, called an authorized agent, to
make requests on your behalf. We require that you and the
individual complete notarized affidavits in order to verify the
identity of the authorized agent and confirm that you have
authorized them to act on your behalf. Parents of minor children
may submit a birth of the child certificate in lieu of an
affidavit, in order to make requests on the child’s behalf.
9. Special Information for Nevada Residents
Residents of the State of Nevada have the right to opt out of the
sale of certain pieces of their information to other companies who
will sell or license their information to others. If you are a

10. Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is intended to be governed by, construed and
enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware,
USA. Any action which you or any third party may bring in
connection with this policy, shall be brought only in the courts
of the State of Delaware, and you expressly consent to the
jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
